There are only a few private residences inside the Resort. From time to time, one becomes available on the market. Although, the residence on 5606 Mountain Road is not a Ski In/ Ski Out property, it is currently listed for only $695,000. This property is walking distance from supreme skiing and hiking, and just a few miles from Stowe Village.
The residence at 759 Spruce Peak Road was the last residential property in the Resort to sell, closing last year for $1.4 million. Whether you are looking for an all year round or seasonal vacation home, a Ski In/ Ski Out property at Stowe Mountain Resort has a lot to offer and has great potential.
