My last SnapShot touched on all the new developments at Stowe Mountain Resort.  This month, I will showcase real estate investment opportunities that are Ski In/Ski Out properties located in Stowe Mountain Resort. These properties offer easy and convenient access to the slopes, but are also a great investment because they are essentially four season vacation homes. Here are some benefits why an investment Ski In / Ski Out property is a great option.

There are only a few private residences inside the Resort. From time to time, one becomes available on the market.  Although, the residence on 5606 Mountain Road is not a Ski In/ Ski Out property, it is currently listed for only $695,000. This property is walking distance from supreme skiing and hiking, and just a few miles from Stowe Village.

The residence at 759 Spruce Peak Road was the last residential property in the Resort to sell, closing last year for $1.4 million.
