The property has not been inhabited in years and critters have taken over rent free. The septic is believed to be a cesspool and the water source is a dug well. Seller has indicated that there is an area where it was determined a well could be located. The exterior sides of the house appear to be in good condition with no undulating. However, the interior is in need of total renovations after disposal of all its contents. The floor is unstable so showing the property is going to be difficult with a warning about entering at your own risk. I was able to view most of the interior and noticed that the floors are what a builder might call punky. You can certainly tell where the steel -beam of the manufactured home is and that the floor drops in all areas where there is no steel beam.
