This is a 3 season Adirondack style waterfront Vermont camp with unobstructed spectacular views of lake and mountains. It features permanent and removable dockage with access to wading, swimming, fishing and boating on Lake Champlain. The lake itself is 110 miles long and connects on north and south ends to navigation canals which connect to the Hudson and St. Lawrence rivers. There almost no commercial water traffic. Across the lake is several miles of protected foothills of the Adirondacks with hiking trails and natural harbors for boating and swimming, diving, etc. Nearby is Basin Harbor, a private resort which offers restaurants and other memberships to area residents. The camp is part of a voluntary road maintenance association to which we choose to belong. There are no mandatory assessments or liens. The community is all private single family camps and year round homes with a friendly atmosphere. It is safe private and quiet, below the level of the gravel paved road.
